3 morning energy moves
If your morning starts slow, you do not need a perfect life. You need a simple launch.

Move 1: water and light
- Drink one glass of water after waking up.
- Open a window or step outside for 2 minutes of natural light.
- Do not chase perfection. Chase a clear “start signal”.
Move 2: short movement
Two simple options. Pick one and repeat:
- 3 minutes of mobility: neck, shoulders, hips, ankles.
- 1 minute brisk marching + 1 minute gentle squats + 1 minute breathing.
Move 3: one clear first step
Write one sentence: “Today, the first step is…”. It must be small, actionable, and start with a verb.
- “Open the project file and write the title.”
- “Send one email and ask for an appointment.”
- “Pack a bag and walk for 10 minutes.”
Common mistakes
- Trying to fix your entire life before breakfast.
- Waiting for motivation. Movement creates motivation, not the other way around.
- Turning it into a huge ritual and quitting.
Simple rule: if it is easy enough to do even on a bad day, it is the right move.
